Returns & Refunds Policy

At Meridian Jewelry, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging
  • Sale items and earrings are final sale and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

How to Initiate a Return

  • Email us at support@meridianjewelry.com.au with your order number and reason for return
  • We will respond within 3-5 business days with return instructions
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos via  support@meridianjewelry.com.au
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
